The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Denver Broncos will both be banged up when they kick off later today. Both teams just released their official inactives list.
The Bucs will be missing running back Doug Martin, tight end Luke Stocker and defensive end Robert Ayers. Rookie defensive end Davonte Lambert will once again take over most of Ayers’ duties, while Charles Sims will be the team’s main running back.
The Bucs will also be without fourth-string receiver Cecil Shorts, but didn’t deactivate anyone else of note. Center Joe Hawley was officially listed as questionable but will play, as expected.
Meanwhile, the Broncos will be without linebacker DeMarcus Ware, tight end Virgil Green and tackle Donald Stephenson, all starters.
