The Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Carolina Panthers tomorrow. Here's your weekly bit of fantasy advice.

Start no Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are facing one of the best teams in the league and, more importantly, one of the best defenses in the NFL. The Carolina Panthers have been outstanding at stopping both the pass and the running game, and their defense is essentially healthy. Given that they're playing for home field advantage, they should be playing to win, too.

When these two teams met earlier this season, a few players put up good statistics. Doug Martin managed 106 and a touchdown on 20 carries, while Vincent Jackson had 10 catches for 147 yards. But Jackson isn't going to be playing, and it seems unlikely that the Bucs will keep this game close enough to feed Martin the ball given their lackluster offensive production the past month.

If you must start Bucs because you just can't help yourself, I guess you can try Mike Evans. With Jackson out he's been getting a boatload of targets and while Josh Norman is very good, he couldn't stop Jackson last time -- and Evans is a more explosive player. Of course, for Evans to really put up big numbers, Winston is going to have to stop overthrowing him on deep routes.
