SB Nation is doing their weekly fantasy football league again, and you may want to join up. It's $5 to join with a $1,000,000 prize pool and $100,000 for first place, with the top 46,000 teams paid.
For those who don't know how FanDuel works, you join a league with a set entry fee and then are given a salary cap to build your team with. The more popular a player is, the more expensive he'll be to add to your team -- so you need to think strategically and try to find some
For the Bucs, a few players worth considering are Doug Martin, and Vincent Jackson or Louis Murphy with Mike Evans expected to be sidelined with a hamstring injury. It's hard to trust anyone beyond that, but if you want to go for some risky plays, Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay defense are high-risk, high-reward plays. Marcus Mariota could prove a turnover-prone, checkdown machine -- or he might chew through the Bucs' defense. And Winston could explode onto the scene, or be stifled by Dick LeBeau's blitzes. It's tough to say -- and that's a judgement call I'm not going to make for you.
So join the fun and join the SB Nation league.
