Monday Night Football features Jameis Winston in front of his home crowd for the first time

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Cincinnati Bengals play tonight, closing off week two of the 2015 NFL preseason on Monday Night Football tonight. The game starts 8:00 p.m. ET, when Jameis Winston will take the field in front of his home crowd of Bucs fans for the first time in his career.

Winston's first outing was mediocre, but showed some promise. The team's expecting to play Winston for most of the first half, and to see some significant improvement out of him, especially in terms of consistent accuracy. But there's more to watch here -- the Bucs need to protect their quaterback and will have two rookies starting on the offensive line -- Ali Marpet at right guard is going to have a particularly tough night against Geno Atkins. They also need to find a way

As for the Bengals, they looked solid in their first preseason game and simply need to keep doing that. They'll expect to roll over the Bucs, who were awful last year and didn't look great against the Minnesota Vikings, either.

The key missing players for the Bengals are starting right tackle Andre Smith, starting outside linebacker Vontaze Burfict and second-round pick Jake Fisher. For the Bucs, defensive ends Jacquies Smith and T.J. Fatinikun and safety Chris Conte are not expected to play, and backup left tackle Kevin Pamphile's participation is also in question. Center Evan Smith is also out, according to Greg Auman, which is going to be yet another issue for the Bucs' line.
