Jameis Winston much improved on second day of rookie minicamp

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are holding their second day of rookie minicamp today, and it seems that Jameis Winston's spotty first day was just a result of nerves. The clear consensus from those at today's practice is that Winston was sharp and on-point.

UCF receiver Rannell Hall got a few mentions as an improved player, while Kenny Bell was speedy but a little inconsistent.
