George Johnson went off on Twitter on teams that say they're in win-now mode. He's not a fan of those teams. In fact, he seems to think that every team is in that mode, every year. Because if you're not trying to win, you're going to lose. Lovie Smith would agree wholeheartedly, as the Bucs have made it clear that their goal is to win a Super Bowl every single year.
To be clear, I am not 100% certain that this actually George Johnson's account -- it hasn't been verified by Twitter, and fake accounts pop up a lot. At the same time, usually those are denounced fairly quickly, and I've had Johnson's in my players list for ages now. Plus, there are a lot of private pictures on there that a fake account wouldn't be able to post. But regardless of whether or not it's actually his account, the thoughts are worth hearing.
I find it so funny when teams say we are in win now mode or its now or never, if you wasn't in that mindset before your a fool. Every team..

Is in the same mindset... it's all about who's going to execute their game plan every game every week for the entire season.....

The greatest players and teams nvr let up and always want to win even in preseason it should be a habit to be in a championship mindset....

Not a switch to turn on and off. So what were those teams doing for the past couple of yrs. #MakesYouWonder
