The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have to beat the St. Louis Rams without at least two of their starters, and probably even four. Vincent Jackson has been ruled out with an MCL injury, and he's at serious risk of missing the rest of the season. Defensive tackle Akeem Spence has also been ruled out.
Jackson will be replaced by Donteea Dye and Adam Humphries, depending on the specific plays called, but you can mostly expect the targets for Mike Evans and Austin Seferian-Jenkins increase. Spence's absence will see more playing time go to Tony McDaniel and the recently re-signed Da'Quan Bowers.
The Bucs may also have to play without linebacker Bruce Carter, who's listed as doubtful, and Logan Mankins, who's listed as questionable after missing Monday's and Tuesday's practice, though he was back in limited fashion today. Carter will be replaced by Danny Lansanah at middle linebacker, while Kevin Pamphile would fill in for Mankins in case he couldn't go.
As for the Rams, they're mostly healthy. Robert Quinn's been ruled out, but that was already the case, while backup tackle Andrew Donnal also won't play. Other than that, only cornerback Eric Patterson is listed as questionable.
