Vincent Jackson leaves game with knee injury

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers may have to finish the season without Vincent Jackson, he's officially doutbful to return to the game against the New Orleans Saints and was seen on the sidelines wearing a baseball cap -- usually a sign a player is done for the day.

The veteran receiver once again suffered a knee injury after a hard and low hit by the New Orleans Saints. He's been repeatedly listed on the injury report with knee injuries this season, missing three games and large portions of two others because of that. The Bucs offense has struggled without Jackson, with Louis Murphy lost for the season early on with a knee injury as well.

While Jackson's obviously important for the Tampa Bay offense, his injury issues and a significant drop in production may cause the Bucs to look elsewhere this offseason to augment the receiving corps and help Jameis Winston and Mike Evans.
