The Tampa Buccaneers will have to go a second game without Vincent Jackson, as Lovie Smith officially ruled him out today. To counter the bad news, it's looking like Austin Seferian-Jenkins may be close to returning: he participated in practice through the week, albeit on a limited basis, and he's officially listed as questionable.
Given that Jackson is out again, Mike Evans should have a field day against the Giants. Seferian-Jenkins was a massive part of the Bucs' offense in the first two weeks, but he may still be limited -- if he even suits up.
The Bucs will also be without safety Major Wright and Jacquies Smith, and the Bucs have yet to activate Demar Dotson though they still have time to do so before the game.
As for the New York Giants, their already struggling secondary will be without cornerback Prince Amukamura. Linebacker Jon Beason, tight end Larry Donnell, linebacker J.T. Thomas and wide receiver Victor Cruz will be out as well, but defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul's participation hasn't been confirmed. Cornerback Leon McFadden and wide receiver Rueben Randle are questionable, while offensive guard Geoff Schwartz is probable and should participate on Sunday.
