The last few weeks, we're seeing more and more videos of Jameis Winston firing the team up both before and after the game. And after a close, hard-fought win against the Dallas Cowboys that almost went south at the last second, he got up to speak on his first fourth-quarter comeback and the Bucs dragging a victory out of the fire.
THAT is a post-win speech! Bring on the #Eagles #LetsGo! pic.twitter.com/po7WdXdsBM

This reminds me not of Tom Brady, the kind of leader Jason Licht thinks Winston is, but of Drew Brees. We never see Brady giving these speeches, though he can get awfully pouty and shouty on the bench. But we do see a lot of that out of Brees. Before and right after he won a Super Bowl, NFL Network was filled with fiery speeches just like the one we see above, all from the mouth of the Saints quarterback.
