With Vincent Jackson out, start Mike Evans and Doug Martin in fantasy

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been pretty productive on offense the last couple of games, and that should only continue against Atlanta on Sunday.

Mike Evans all day every day

Mike Evans went off for the first time this year against Washington, and he genuinely looked like his rookie self. This was more than just being given the opportunity to catch balls, as he made a few tough grabs and helped his rookie quarterback out. At the same time, Jameis Winston's increased comfort with throwing him the ball helped his numbers tremendously.

That's only going to get better going forward, but especially this week. Vincent Jackson is out with injury, Louis Murphy is on injured reserve and if Austin Seferian-Jenkins finally returns to action, he's likely to still be limited. That leaves Russell Shepard, running backs and a bunch of undrafted rookies as Winston's remaining targets. Evans is going to get a lot of targets, and he's going to get a lot of production as a result.

Doug Martin, obviously

He's getting carries, he's producing, and the Atlanta Falcons don't have an especially capable run defense. He's a weekly starter, and this game will be no different.

Jameis Winston, maybe

Winston will be missing a few of his targets, but this could be a very good game for the rookie quarterback. If only because he'll likely be forced to throw the ball a lot, given the Bucs' defensive ineptitude and the Falcons' overall offensive firepower. Sure, that offense has stalled the last two weeks, but Tampa Bay couldn't even stop Kirk Cousins last week -- what do you think is going to happen now that they face Matt Ryan?
