Jameis Winston, Doug Martin and Mike Evans dominating Washington

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are leading Washington 10-0 after one quarter as Jameis Winston, Doug Martin and Mike Evans loop absolutely unstoppable so far.

The Bucs opened the game by stopping Kirk Cousins with a three-and-out, and then the offense got to work. Doug Martin ripped off a 23-yard run, and Jameis Winston finally managed to connect on a deep ball to Mike Evans -- the perfectly thrown pass from a clean pocket made it easy for Evans to walk into the endzone and give the Bucs a 7-0 lead.

That marked the Bucs' first touchdown in the first quarter, let alone their opening drive. A nice change of pace, and hopefully a sign of things to come.

The Bucs didn't take their foot off the gas, either. The defense produced another quick stop, and Winston continued to find Evans, and the team added another score -- though this time it wasn't a touchdown, as they stalled on third-and-2 near the goal-line. So far, Washington has just 21 offensive yards to the Bucs' 203 offensive yards.

Here's your second-quarter open thread.
