Buccaneers to interview Dirk Koetter on Saturday

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will interview Dirk Koetter on Saturday, according to Alex Marvez of Fox Sports. The Bucs are waiting until after they visit the Rose Bowl today for the matchup between FSU and Oregon featuring Marcus Mariota and Jameis Winston -- the top two candidates for the first overall pick. FSU and Oregon will play their game at 5:00 p.m. ET today.

Koetter is currently the Atlanta Falcons' offensive coordinator and they could have denied him the right to interview with the Bucs for the same position, but it appears that they're willing to let him go for now. The Falcons currently don't have a head coach and it's not clear whether whoever they hire would want to keep Dirk Koetter around.

This appears to be the Bucs' first real interview, although they've been reported to be interested in a long list of coordinators, including Marc Trestman, Greg Roman, Marty Mornhinweg, Rob Chudzinski and Brad Childress.
