The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a lot to make up for after entering the second half with a 10-7 deficit, but they looked pretty good to start the second quarter.
The Bucs finally got their first turnover at the start of the second half, with Scott Solomon kicking the ball out of Zac Stacy's hands and Dashon Goldson recovering. Josh McCown then immediately led the Bucs down the field, running in his second touchdown of the day to cap off a 60-yard, seven-play drive. Impressive stuff from the Bucs, who had looked a little anemic since losing McCoy.
Unfortunately the Buccaneers then gave up yet another field goal drive to the Rams, right as Mason Foster was ruled out for the day with an aggravated shoulder injury. It should be no surprise that the Bucs would struggle get a pass rush when they're missing three starting defensive linemen, but it's still pretty frustrating.
The Bucs lead 14-13 going into the fourth quarter. Can they hang on?
