The Buccaneers' once-in-a-lifetime experience

Can the Bucs ever get back to the Super Bowl, and turn it into a twice-in-a-lifetime experience?

The ultimate once-in-a-lifetime for any NFL fan: when their team wins a Super Bowl. And that's true for no team more than the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Well, except maybe the Cleveland Browns.

The Bucs were the laughing stock of the NFL for fourteen seasons. It took them just six to go from laughing stock to the Super Bowl and take that precious Lombardi Trophy home. So, so sweet. It was, for the Bucs and any Bucs fan, a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Unfortunately, it also only took the Bucs some six years to get back to being a laughing stock. The Bucs have had one winning season since 2009, haven't been to the playoffs since 2007 and now are back at the bottom of the heap even in this season, with an ugly loss to the Carolina Panthers' Derek Anderson in week one and the St. Louis Rams on tap for an already injury-depleted team.

But none of that will take away that Lombardi Trophy. I'd just like to make winning the Super Bowl a twice-in-a-lifetime experience. Or perhaps even more than that.

So what's your once-in-a-lifetime experience? Did you go to the Super Bowl? Meet a player? Some other incredible story involving the Tampa Bay Buccaneers? Please let us know!
