Update: The Bucs' official injury report lists Logan Mankins, Da'Quan Bowers, William Gholston and Doug Martin as questionable, while Michael Johnson and Austin Seferian-Jenkins are listed as out.
Logan Mankins participated fully on Friday with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, after being limited on the previous two days and suffering a hyperextended knee against the Carolina Panthers. Having Mankins back in the starting lineup should help bolster the offensive line a little, although that line struggled both with and without Mankins last Sunday.
Doug Martin participated on a limited basis the past three days, and his availability for the game will likely be a game-time decision.
Michael Johnson, Rashaan Melvin and Austin Seferian-Jenkins all did not participate in practice this week, which means they almost certainly will not play against the Rams. That's a pretty big blow for the Bucs, who struggled to produce an edge rush against the Rams and were using Seferian-Jenki-injuryns heavily before his injury.
Lovie Smith also noted that it looks like both William Gholston and Da'Quan Bowers will be able to dress on Sunday, which should help alleviate the loss of Adrian Clayborn, who was placed on injured reserve, and Michael Johnson. In addition, both Larry English and Scott Solomon could see significant playing time at defensive end. The Bucs may even dress eight defensive linemen, instead of the more usual seven.
