The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Washington face off for the fourth preseason game, the final opportunity for many players to earn a roster spot. Who will win and who will lose? That doesn't really matter, but this preseason game will give us a very good look the backups, and those performances will determine who will make the final roster, who they'll try to sign to the practice squad, and who's definitely out.
