The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Buffalo Bills face off for the all-important third preseason game. Who will win and who will lose? Injuries: Mike Jenkins won't play. William Gholston probably won't. Da'Quan Bowers and Steven Means' participation is in doubt, as is Rashaan Melvin's and Major Wright's. Alterraun Verner should be good to go
