Anyone ever land a job paying a couple hundred grand per year within an hour of graduating from college? Well, Kadeem Edwards did today.
Big day for new Bucs guard Kadeem Edwards, who was drafted within an hour of walking at his graduation ceremonies today at Tennessee State.

The Bucs selected the offensive guard in the fifth round, just after 2 PM ET today. It looks like Tennessee State started their commencement for undergraduates at 9 AM and for graduates at 11 AM, so there must have been some tense moments where he could have gotten the call during the ceremony. Then again, shouting "I'm an NFL player" during your graduation ceremony is probably pretty cool.
Still, that's not remotely as weird as getting called by a team during the first dance at your own wedding, as happened to this Kansas City Chiefs undrafted free agent. That's just crazy.
