The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will have four quarterbacks in training camp this year. That was one of the first things Lovie Smith said when he took up his job as head coach of the Buccaneers. They have three quarterbacks now: Mike Glennon, Josh McCown and Mike Kafka, the latter being little more than a camp arm. They're also almost certain to draft a fourth one, whether that's early or late in the draft.
The question is, which player should start? It's easy to say "just have a training camp competition." There's no such thing as "just" a competition: one player has to get extra reps, has to get more time with the starting offense, or against the starting defense. It's an extra hurdle to overcome.
So I put it to you: who should be the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' starting quarterback this year? Should it be Josh McCown? Should Mike Glennon should get time to develop? Should the Bucs draft your favorite prospect and give him the start? Let us know!
