Do you want the Buccaneers to beat the Saints?

In normal circumstances, asking this question on a Tampa Bay Buccaneers blog would be absurd. They're the Bucs. Of course you want them to beat their opponent. Especially the New Orleans Saints?

But these aren't normal circumstances. A loss guarantees the Bucs the number one overall pick. And whoever you think the Bucs should pick in the 2015 NFL draft, the first pick is better than the second pick. It's that simple: for draft purposes, for the purposes of next year, losing is better than winning.

But that's not the only concern. We're fans. We want to see our team win. We like it when they beat opponents into the ground, or drag out an undeserved, last-second win or do anything exciting. Or at least I do. Watching football is supposed to be fun, and watching the Bucs lose is most definitely not fun.

It's also unfair to the people who shelled out for season tickets this year. Or tickets for this game. They've yet to see a single win in the stadium this season. Reminding home fans what it's like to win games, how much more fun it is to go home after a victory -- that's worth something, too.

So what do you think? Do you want the Bucs to win, or to lose?
