Washington offensive tackle Trent Williams suffered a knee injury early in the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and is questionable to return, per Greg Auman. The starting left tackle got his lower leg stepped on by Gerald McCoy while he was engaged with Michael Johnson.
Rookie tackle Morgan Moses has come in to replace Johnson.
The Washington offense has struggled in the early going, even though the Bucs' pass rush hasn't really been all that disruptive. That's a little unfair to six snaps, of course, and if Williams can't return, Robert Griffin III and company aren't going to be able to do all that much against the Bucs. But Griffin was inches away from connecting with DeSean Jackson on a deep pass earlier in the half.
The Bucs lead 10-0 as the end of the first quarter nears, with all of those points coming off Washington turnovers.
