Isaiah Harris, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' director of player development, has been arrested for DUI, the Tampa Bay Times reports. Harris was hired this year to help football players' "personal and professional growth", which he's apparently doing by showing them what happens when you drink and drive.
This is the team's second arrest this season, after an offseason marijuana possession arrest for Akeem Spence, which puts them in the odd position of having a director of player development who is less developed than almost all the players he's supposedly helping to develop. With the Bucs on their bye week and players away from the building, he presumably didn't have all that much work to do in the office.
Harris was arrested for a DUI charge after refusing to undergo a blood test on Wednesday night and was released Thursday morning after posting a $500 bond. Which means he hasn't been found guilty of DUI, but it's still a really bad look.
