Vincent Jackson Injury: Buccaneers receiver misses practice, as does Mike Williams

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have massive issues at receiver: Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams missed practice for a second consecutive day with injuries picked up against the New England Patriots.

Mike Williams fully expects to play on Sunday, according to Tom Krasniqi, but Vincent Jackson's status seems a lot less certain. If the Buccaneers are forced to miss either receiver, they're going to have bigger problems than starting a rookie quarterback on Sunday. The Bucs' scheme relies heavily on their receivers ability to win down the field and catch contested passes. Without Jackson and Williams, they won't have that ability -- and their scheme will suffer heavily as a result.

The positive news is that Tom Crabtree practiced for the second consecutive day, albeit on a limited basis. The tight end has been close to returning for a week now, and if he can make his debut against the Cardinals the Buccaneers will finally have a receiving threat in the middle of the field, something they've been desperately missing.

As for the Arizona Cardinals, they are mostly healthy -- aside from their linebackers, that is. The Cardinals have lost their top three linebackers to season-ending injuries this season, and that will undoubtedly limit them against the Bucs.
