The Darrelle Revis trade is happening, although it hasn't been finalized yet. We've been throwing oodles of analysis and rumors at you for months on end now. Twitter is aflame with reactions, though, and picking out a few of the most intriguing ones is always fun.
What do other people think of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers trading for Darrelle Revis? Do they think the New York Jets are doing the right thing, and are the Bucs coming out ahead? Several players certainly think so.
Revis Trade: @si_peterking Revis is great in locker room and on the field. Practices harder than anyone, forces rest to follow his lead

Jay Feely is a current Arizona Cardinals placekicker and played for the New York Jets in 2009 and 2010.
Hahahahahahahahaha

Eric Wright certainly seems happy.
More Cromartie on Revis:"Leader in locker room, leader in classroom, leader on field. Great playmaker. Just sucks losing guy like that"
— Manish Mehta(@MMehtaNYDN) April 21, 2013
Cromartie is a sad panda. And then, there's the media:
@iankenyonnfl To me, Revis is quite possibly the best CB to ever play the game. And w/ the way guys are recovering from ACLs, not scared.
— NFL Philosophy (@NFLosophy) April 21, 2013
Revis' impact on a defense is highly understated. The freedom and options that he gives a defense are remarkable. Immediate major impact.

#Bucs roster looks very strong at virtually every position, but Freeman = Achilles heel. Must improve for TB to pose serious threat to ATL.
— Evan Silva (@evansilva) April 21, 2013
If Revis is healthy and the money doesn't scuttle TB's cap, great deal for Bucs. Those are both big ifs. Never thought Jets should deal him.
— Peter King (@SI_PeterKing) April 21, 2013
And while health is a question, the Bucs are getting a player, in Revis, who plays his position at as high a level as anyone plays theirs.
— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) April 21, 2013
There's always one party pooper, though.
If the Bucs give up 13, a second and another pick, they are making a huge mistake for Revis. Huge
— Pete Prisco (@PriscoCBS) April 21, 2013
Most of the negative reactions focus on the New York Jets, and not the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
