The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and New York Jets are expected to finalize a trade for Darrelle Revis this afternoon. Revis is on his way to Tampa for a physical and a visit, and the trade will be done if Revis passes his physical, according to Gary Myers of the New York Daily News.
As long as the Bucs pass Revis on the physical -- not expected to be a problem -- the deal should be done this afternoon. Maybe by 4.

The Buccaneers are expected to give up their 2013 first-round pick, and two later picks -- possibly third- and fifth-round picks. A trade is unlikely to be officially announced until tomorrow at the earliest, however, as the league office is closed today.
Expect a resolution to this month-long ordeal today.
