Tampa Bay Buccaneers Free Agency Live Blog - Rumors, signings, news and more

Steve Mitchell-US PRESSWIRE

16:38 p.m.: The Titans are releasing Matt Hasselbeck, according to Jim Wyatt. He's a good veteran quarterback, but too much of a West-Coast quarterback to fit the Bucs' scheme.

15:12 p.m.: The Buccaneers are apparently interested in Captain Munnerlyn. Cheap depth at cornerback.

14:02 p.m.: The New Orleans Saints have announced the signing of tight end Ben Watson. Drew Brees gets another weapon. Albeit not a very good one.

11:47 a.m.: We have a new mock draft and I explain why the June 1 deadline is irrelevant.

11:23 a.m.: The Cincinnati Bengals have re-signed Rey Maualuga, per Joe Reedy. This has absolutely no effect on the Bucs.

7:54 a.m.: Jake Long signed a four-year, $36 million deal with the St. Louis Rams. The Dolphins let a quality player walk again, although Long has struggled some the past two years.

Yesterday was a quiet day, but we're back with today's live blog. What will happen for the Buccaneers now that the owners' meeting is under way? Which free agents will get snapped up today?
