New Year's Eve college bowl games open thread

Things are a little calmer today, so I think we have some room for a college football open thread. Four bowl games on the schedule today: Arizona vs. Boston College in the AdvoCare V100 bowl (the whatnow?). Virginia Tech vs. UCLA in the Hyundai Sun bowl. Rice vs. Mississippi State in the AutoZone Liberty bowl, and finally Duke vs. Texas A&M in the Chick-fil-A bowl.

The most intriguing game there is obviously the last one, mostly because of the numerous NFL prospects on the Texas A*M team. Jake Matthews, Mike Evans and Johnny Manziel could all be first-round picks and could be under consideration for the Bucs' first-round pick. Mocking the Draft has a few draft watch notes for today's games, as per usual.
