Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Mike Sullivan is expected to interview with for the head coaching job at Army, according to Mike Garafolo.

Mike Sullivan was a head coaching candidate in the NFL last year, but didn't get beyond an interview with the Chicago Bears. Sullivan used to be an Army Ranger and was a coaching assistant at Army in 1995 and 1996.
If Sullivan was to be hired away from Tampa Bay that would solve at least one problem for under-fire head coach Greg Schiano. The offense has struggled heavily this season and both of Schiano's coordinators are likely in trouble if Schiano returns for a third season. Sullivan leaving would relieve him of the need to fire at least one coordinator.
If Sullivan does leave and Schiano returns, current quarterbacks coach John McNulty is widely expected to take over as offensive coordinator. The Bucs wanted to hire McNulty as coordinator in 2012, but were refused the opportunity by the Arizona Cardinals, who had just promoted him to quarterbacks coach. This would give Schiano the opportunity to promote his former Rutgers coordinator to the position he had in mind for him from the start.
