49ers vs. Buccaneers inactives. Mike Iupati out, Manningham plays

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are largely healthy, but the San Francisco 49ers will miss a couple of starters for today's game.

The San Francisco 49ers will have to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers without their star left guard. Mike Iupati won't suit up for the fourth consecutive week. The fact that they're facing probably the best defensive tackle in the NFL in Gerald McCoy won't help them, either. That said, the 49ers did manage to put up 163 rushing yards against the Seattle Seahawks without him, so it doesn't need to be a huge issue for them.

Mario Manningham will play for the 49ers, but the wide receiver has made a minimal impact this season and should not be a major factor in this game.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are relatively healthy, with everyone except Carl Nicks able to suit up for today's game. Gary Gibson is the only real surprise inactive, but his role has been minimal this year, anyway. Steven Means is active, which means the fifth-round rookie gets another chance to show that he can impact the game as a pass rusher.

Buccaneers inactives: G Carl Nicks, CB Deveron Carr, FB/RB Lonnie Pryor, S Bradley McDougald, LB Danny Lansanah, G Patrick Omameh and DT Gary Gibson.

49ers inactives: WR Quinton Patton, LB Nick Moody, G Ryan Seymour, DT Quinton Dial, G Mike Iupati, WR Jon Baldwin, TE Vance McDonald
