The Jacksonville Jaguars claim the top spot as they're the only 0-8 team in town, but the Tampa Bay Buccaneers aren't that far behind. The Jaguars have their bye week coming up, and the Bucs travel to Seattle to take on the Seahawks -- which means we can probably pencil in a loss and treat both as 0-8 teams. In that scenario, the Bucs would now have the top spot by a very slim margin of one extra loss by their season-long opponents.
One thing that's apparent from doing this over multiple weeks is that strength of schedule as measured by wins is extremely volatile. Part of that is that it's still early in the season, but the difference just isn't that great. The Lions have the easiest schedule with a .412 win ratio, while the Jaguars have the toughest at .568. That's just not a huge difference.
