Another week, another database. We see a little movement after the Senior Bowl, but there's not a ton of movement from week to week. There's not much news, but one thing is starting to become more and more obvious: the Buccaneers need to seriously consider taking a defensive lineman in the first round of the draft. Of the 66 mock drafts we have in this lift, 22 had the Bucs selecting a defensive lineman -- one third of all the selections. Cornerback remains the main selection with 35, but defensive lineman is a solid second option.
The selected players aren't all that interesting, though. Johnthan Banks rules the day, and Dee Milliner creeps back into the conversation just a little bit. Sheldon Richardson is the most frequent option along the defensive line. There's a big load of players with just one selection, too, but none of them are too interesting. One player to keep your eye on is Oregon's Dion Jordan. He would probably play defensive end for the Bucs, but he's an odd fit: he has a lot of experience in coverage, but is still raw as a pass rusher. If the Bucs do select him, they'd have to find a unique way to use him.
