NFL Power Rankings Week 10 - Buccaneers Go Up!

The Bucs continue to soar in the national power rankings. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are ranked 15th on average, up from 20th last week. Two blowouts in a row apparently get you a lot of respect, as does having Doug Martin around.

SB Nation - 17th (up from 24th):

They may have a playoff run in them yet. Josh Freeman is playing very well and Doug Martin looks like the best back in football. Too bad Atlanta won the division two months ago.

Fox Sports (Brian Billick) - 11th (up from 16th):

The Bucs are surging and while it may be too late to catch the Falcons in the NFC South, Tampa Bay will be a tough out for the remainder of the year and will be fighting for a wild-card spot.

ESPN - 13th (up from 21st):

Josh Freeman has torn up weak defenses in recent weeks, racking up 11 touchdown passes in his past four games.

CBS Sports (Pete Prisco) - 15th (up from 28th):

It's too bad they aren't healthy on defense. They are a year away on that side of the ball.

Pro Football Talk - 15th (no change):

By making it known he doesn't like to be called "Muscle Hamster," Doug Martin has just earned that nickname. For the rest of his life.

Pro Football Weekly - 17th (up from 21st):

Rookie WLB Lavonte David has 11 tackles for loss.

NFL.com (Elliot Harrison) - 13th (up from 16th):

Remember when Tiki Barber wanted to come back last year? He has, as a T-1000 in Doug Martin's body.
