Saints - Buccaneers Injury Report: Vincent Jackson Probable, Jimmy Graham Questionable

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face off against the New Orleans Saints with a mostly healthy squad, while the Saints face multiple injuries.

J. Meric

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are exceedingly healthy this week, with just two names appearing on the injury report. Carl Nicks has a toe injury, which he's played with all season, while Vincent Jackson picked up a calf tweak this week and was limited in the last two practices. Those two names may be high-profile, but both players are likely to play and are listed as probable.

The New Orleans Saints aren't as lucky and have a slew of names on the injury report, with tight end Jimmy Graham being the most important player on there. Graham is listed as questionable because of a high ankle sprain, and even if he plays he is unlikely to to be able to play up to his usual high standard. Combine that with his already lackluster statistics this season (25 catches for 252 yards and three touchdowns, down significantly from last year's mark) and Bucs safety Mark Barron should be able to contain the star tight end this week.

In addition, the Saints will be missing linebacker David Hawthorne on Sunday, which should weaken an already very weak run defense. Linebacker Jonathan Vilma is still on the PUP list, and is extremely unlikely to suit up against the Buccaneers.
