The Tampa Bay Buccaneers had a dominating win on Sunday, and that has resulted in two nominations for individual awards this week. Josh Freeman has been nominated for the FedEx Air Player of the Week Award, while Mark Barron is in the running for the Rookie of the Week Award.

Josh Freeman was pretty impressive on Sunday, completing 15/26 passes for 328 yards, three touchdowns and one interception. He helped the Bucs set a single-game franchise record with 9.1 yards per play on offense, while his 12.6 yards per pass was a career high mark. Of course, he was far from perfect with a number of missed throws early in the game. Meanwhile, going up against comeback king Peyton Manning and Aaron Rodgers' six touchdowns basically precludes him from winning.

Similarly, Mark Barron was as impressive on Sunday as he's been all year. He was physical, reliable and a key cog in the machine that stopped the league's leading rusher dead in his tracks. His first career interception certainly won't hurt matters, either. But when you're up against Robert Griffin III's two 76-yard scamper and Russell Wilson's Patriot-beating ways, again, you don't have much of a chance.

Still, go vote for both of them! Maybe through some freak accident, a Buccaneer will actually win an award this week.
