The inactives for the game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Atlanta Falcons are in. For the Bucs, Arrelious Benn and Jeremy Trueblood are the most significant inactives. Both are out with injury. James Lee will reportedly get the start in Trueblood's place, while Dezmon Briscoe should start for Benn. The Bucs will lack speed on offense with Benn out, but James Lee (or Demar Dotson, who should get some playing time too) should do better in pass protection than Jeremy Trueblood.
Interestingly the entire Bucs defensive line is actually active, except for fourth-stringer Daniel Te'o-Nesheim, despite many defensive linemen populating the injury report. In addition, Anthony Gaitor will not feature in today's game which will give Myron Lewis a final chance to show that he really does belong on an NFL roster.
For the Falcons, Brent Grimes is the most important inactive. The cornerback has been a plague for Josh Freeman in the past, but won't factor in today's game.
