The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are finally going to take the field again after 8 months of absence. The Bucs last played in an NFL game on January 2, beating the New Orleans Saints in the Louisiana Superdome. Today, though, the result doesn't matter. It's preseason, and these "W"s don't carry over. What matters is playing experience and how these individual players look. Who will stand out, and which training camp wonder will disappear in a real game?
Check out our articles on who to watch during the game, to get you prepared for the first Buccaneer football this year:
And with football, come the cheerleaders. And Game Threads.
Are you ready for some Buc Ball?
Inactives for today's game:
Bucs: Gerald McCoy, Aqib Talib, Myron Lewis, Erik Lorig, Raymond Webber, Kellen WInslow, Andrew Economos, Luke Stocker.
Aqib Talib and Kellen Winslow are being held out as a precaution, while Myron Lewis has a minor hamstring injury.
Arrelious Benn and Brian Price are both dressed, but not expected to play.
The game is nationally televised on Fox, so no reason to miss it.
