The Colt's Owner, Jim Irsay, seems to be optimistic this is going to get done relatively quickly.

JoeBucsFan opines that Rich Bisaccia is likely to sign some core special teamers away from the Bucs. It's likely, but the Bucs have a lot of good special teamers on the roster and don't really need to re-sign any of their special teamers.
