The Bucs Official Website breaks down the last ten years of Teams 1st Round Draft choices with the 20th Overall Pick. Here are the Draftees:

2006 Kansas City Chiefs DE Tamba Hali 58 Tackles, 7.5 Sacks, 2 Forced Fumbles
2005 Dallas Cowboys DE Marcus Spears 30 Tackles, 2.0 Sacks, 2 Forced Fumbles
2004 Minnesota Vikings DE Kenechi Udeze 47 Tackles 5.0 Sacks 1 Forced Fumble
2003 Denver Broncos T George Foster Started 9 Games, played in 15
2002 Green Bay Packers WR Javon Walker 26 Receptions, 287 Yards, 0 Touchdowns
2001 St. Louis Rams S Adam Archuleta 61 Tackles, 2.0 Sacks, 1 Interception

1999 Dallas Cowboys DE Ebenezer Ekuban DID NOT PLAY IN 2007
1998 Detroit Lions CB Terry Fair OUT OF LEAGUE

It's hard to gauge our 20th Selection against those of the past when there was the Chiefs, Vikings, Lions, and Rams making those selections. None of those teams are known for their drafting prowess. The majority of those picks are defensive selections as well. Aaron Ross, Tamba Hali, and Kenechi Udeze seem to be pretty good NFL Players. I think these selections further hammer home the point that the NFL Draft is a royal crapshoot...
