Word on the street is Arizona Cardinals RB Edgerrin James asked for his release last week:
"We spoke with [general manager] Rod Graves because Edgerrin still believes he is a 1,000-yard back and he is healthy and he is still capable of being a 1,000-yard back for a team," Rosenhaus said. The Cardinals have publicly denied the reports, as they should if they are wanting to trade Edge rather than release him out right. Rather than delve into this any deeper, would you be interested in bringing James to Tampa? Do we need him?
