If you havent already, you should definitely checkout Will Ferrell's (the guy from Old School and the Wedding Crashers) website FunnyOrDie.com. He has a video on there titled "The Landlord" that is just ridiculously funny. I tried to find a clip of it on the net to upload here so you guys could see it first hand, but you'll have to click through to his site and watch it. Pearl is hilarious.
