The St. Petersburg Times reports that Jake Plummer has officially retired through his website.
What's still unclear is whether the Bucs will still have to give up the 2008 Conditional Pick they gave to Denver. My guess is they probably will, which is just disgusting and embarrassing. At least this saga is over; it was mentally draining.
