The Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ game against the New Orleans Saints — the one in two weeks, not the one they played yesterday — has been moved to 4:25 p.m. ET on Saturday, December 24.
The game was originally set to be played at 1:00 p.m. ET, but apparently the NFL wants more eyeballs on the Bucs. For the third straight week, too: this Sunday’s game was the first to be flexed to a later time and this Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys was moved to Sunday Night Football.
What with it being Christmas day on Sunday the 25th, most of the NFL’s games for that week will be played on Saturday the 24th instead.
All of these flexes are somewhat confusing, but I guess that’s the rough price we pay for the privilege of a successful Tampa Bay team. I’m not sure I can live with that deal, but what do I choice do I have, eh?
