Mock Draft Simulator Fun!!!

Hey guys,

I am new-ish to this blog, I just wanted to give you a heads up about this cool site that does a mock draft simulation. the cool thing about it is that is it gets updated daily with newest news/facts/injuries/combine/pro day numbers... It then sets the parameters for each team and simulates accordingly.

As I am still getting used to the Buccaneers roster (I am a renewed Bucs fan... I might tell the story later..) there will probably be plenty to disagree with me with... But as such, here is who I picked in my first Simulation. FYI, Mack was taken first over all in this draft. I dont see why, I think it would be the biggest mistake the Texans could make (who in their right mind takes Mack, a MAC Outside linebacker that excelled in the MAC, over arguably the best DE in the history of college football) but never the less.... He was already off the board, so please don't kill me for not taking him. I did a 4 round simulation, here are my results.

Round 1 - Sammy Watkins... I couldnt believe he was available.. however looking at who was taken above seems like a legitimate possibility (the only wtf moment was Atlanta taking Scott Crichton, for real... smh)

Round 2 - David Yankee... This a personal bias, I love Yankee. He is a day one starter for any team, can play G or T. Strong, fantastic footwork, perfect for wanting to reinforce the running game.

Round 3 - DR

Round 4 - Jimmy Garoppolo... Yes I went there. The Value is there. I really didnt want to take 3 Offensive players off the board with the first 3 picks. However, Garoppolo is the real thing. What makes me say that? the seam pass. Very few QBs can accurately and consistently throw a perfect seam pass. That is all Garoppolo did as he shredded defenses every week. This pick is perfect for a new coaching staff, perfect for providing insurance on Glennon and provides some real competition.

What do you think? What would you change? Try it our for yourselves and post your results. Its really fun to do...
