New BamaBucc Full 1st 3 Rounds Mock - plus all Tampa's picks

Hey guys, another Mock on this one the link actually worked to show all the picks

Trades - I made 3 trades in this one and moved down twice in the 1st since both guys I wanted (Sammy Watkins and Eric Ebron were gone) so I moved down to pick #17 in the 1st and added 2 Rd 2 picks and a Rd 3 pick. Then in the 3rd I moved down a couple spots and got a 4th Rd pick.

Tampa Bay's pick - Round 1 Pick 17 - LB CJ Mosley, Alabama - I traded down twice to collect more picks and although Greg Robinson and Ebron were at 10 I thought Ebron would be there at 17 so I traded down (rather have more picks, need more players) and had to go with the back-up plan (pretty damn good back-up plan). Mosley gives Lovie and Leslie their MLB they need for a Tampa 2 and Mosley is a guy who can play any LB spot, a lot of versatility in the Tampa 2 scheme as a sideline to sideline LB who could play inside or outside.

Round 2 Pick 32 (64) Seahawks: Brandon Thomas, OG, Clemson

Tampa Bay's picks - Round 2 Pick 6 OG Gabe Jackson, Miss St - Gabe is a really good (maybe the best pass blocking OG in this draft) pass blocker and has a lot of athleticism and speed in his game. A consummate leader for Miss St's line as well. We need an immediate Day 1 starter at RG this is the guy.

Round 2 Pick 12 - TE Jace Amaro, Texas Tech - Jace is a wide out TE who excels at finding whatever spot in a zone is there and has the best hands at TE in this draft. He also knows how to create mismatches and can be quick twitch in space and give some toughness over the middle. Tampa already signed a TE who Amaro can learn from and provide nice depth as well.

Round 2 Pick 16 - DE Dee Ford, AU - I'm not sure if he will fall this far, but he might because of size but watching film shows clearly size doesn't matter with him. He is a specialist at raising hell for QBs plain and simple and will walk right into the NFL with a pissed off attitude and solid technique will give him the ability to punish OTs right away. If we could somehow snag him in the 2nd could you guys imagine a DL of Micheal Johnson, Gerald McCoy, Clinton McDonald, and Dee Ford.......MOTHER.OF.GOD!!

Round 3 Pick 10 (74) (NYG) Bengals: Kelcy Quarles, DT, South Carolina

Round 3 Pick 34 (98) (COMP) Packers: Louchiez Purifoy, CB, Florida

Round 3 Pick 35 (99) (COMP) Ravens: Martavis Bryant, WR, Clemson

Round 3 Pick 36 (100) (COMP) 49ers: Keith McGill, CB, Utah

Tampa Bay's picks - Round 3 Pick 5 - WR Donte Moncrief Ole Miss - He's a physical fast WR who will give a nice compliment game to VJax. He is bigger at 6'2 215 and still a very fast WR but his best attribute is his versatility and strength getting open and beating guys off the LOS and getting open. He played and stood out 4 years at OM with terrible QB play but was still productive. He has some serious WR skills. I'd be ecstatic to bring the "Feed Moncrief" movement to Tampa.

Round 3 pick 15 - CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste, Nebraska - A perfect CB fit as a guy who is long lean and raw and plays a lot better off man and zone, and most importantly epitomizes Lovie's need for turnover makers (18 INTs in his career, 8 this yr all at CB better than any other CB in this draft). SJB has drawn comparisons most often to Richard Sherman because of his size and physicality and he's still enough of a raw player also that he could stand to come in to a team where he doesn't need to start right away but can grow into a playmaker.

Round 4 Pick 3 - QB Jimmy Garoppolo, Eastern Illinois - Another guy I'm not sure will fall but he might. There is no doubt after watching a few games that Jimmy has a lot of QB skills to like. He has a great arm and accuracy especially deep, and he has good pocket awareness, climbs the pocket etc. He just needs work on a bunch of little things and another position Tampa can afford to get a later round guy and allow Tedford to work with a guy while McCown plays a couple years. Jimmy G is a raw prospect but would be a nice young QB to allow Tedford to develop.

Round 5 Pick 3 - FB Jay Prosch, Auburn - This pick was just because at his position he is a first day starter type talent and we had a great FB who opened a lot of holes in the running game. Now I know Tedford said he wasn't gonna utilize a FB too much, but if this guy falls, with the way he wants to implement a power running game. He's gotta consider taking the best FB in this draft and the last couple. Prosch could also play Hback and make guys miss in space or run guys over. He has a lot to like about his game.

Round 7 Pick 6 - RB James Wilder Jr, FSU - This is the "match made in heaven" pick lol since his Dad was a Tampa Bay RB and he's a big fan of the Bucs. The most impressive thing about Wilder is his versatility and strength. Could be a steal this low and a guy who would allow Tampa to use some other RBs as trade bait to be able to keep a very durable powerful runner like Wilder.

Recap of Tampa's picks:

Round 1 Pick 17 (BALT): C.J. Mosley, ILB, Alabama
Round 2 Pick 6: Gabe Jackson, OG, Mississippi State
Round 2 Pick 12 (STL): Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
Round 2 Pick 16 (BALT): Dee Ford, DE, Auburn
Round 3 Pick 5: Donte Moncrief, WR, Ole Miss
Round 3 Pick 15 (BALT): Stanley Jean-Baptiste, CB, Nebraska
Round 4 Pick 3 (ATL): Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
Round 5 Pick 3: Jay Prosch, FB, Auburn
Round 7 Pick 6: James Wilder Jr., RB, Florida State
