The Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos will close out the 2014 NFL season in the biggest game of the year: Super Bowl 48. Peyton Manning made it to the big dance for the third time, and perhaps the most impressive one. With significantly diminished physical gifts, he had one of the best seasons a quarterback has ever had. And with an injury-decimated defense, Denver steamrolled through the playoffs. Can they repeat that against the Seattle Seahawks?
Seattle, which fields the best and most entertaining defense in the NFL. Tough, hard-hitting and incredibly, incredibly good. It's just fun to watch. Their offense is competent, too, though hardly the dominant unit the Broncos created. Marshawn Lynch will try to go Beast Mode, but Russell Wilson has struggled more in recent weeks. Will that be the limiting factor in this Super Bowl, or will it be the Broncos' limited defense -- or something else entirely?
Here are all the nuts and bolts to Sunday night's game, the biggest game of the year.
