Low attendance, equals NFL blackouts...so they say.

The game vs Arizona had more empty seats then I've ever seen before, including the Culverhouse days at the Big Sombrero. It was surreal. Whole, expensive, field level sections, without one person sitting in them. Did any notice? I guarantee you that the Glazer brothers did. Imagine my surprise, when I returned home to discuss the plight of being a Bucs fan, only to hear my neighbors had watched the game on TV. Anyone care to offer an explanation on why the game was televised, when the stadium was nowhere close to being over the blackout threshold?
