If you want to keep abreast of trades so far in this Mock Draft its here

Revis was traded to the Vikings as the asking price was too high for my blood and the Vikings gave up a 1,2, and 4.

I did not trade for Tim Tebow either.

Looking for BPA outside of a couple positions in round 1 then filling holes from that point. Right now I'm focused on moving down to acquire an extra second round pick but also have a gentleman's agreement to move up and nab a certain player at 8 if he falls sending them a 1 and 3 (along with with swapping a later round pick position).

I'm open to input on positions of need, right now I'd like to fill as many of those as possible by moving to value spots; I have our needs as:

Tier I Needs (Critical to come away with starter ready player): CB & TE

Tier II (Need someone whose ready to start soon): CB( A second) , DT, RT

Tier III (Position Needs Better Competition): WR(slot), DE (Depth) , LB (Mike or S) , PR

Tier IV (Nice to have): QB(Developmental), Backup RB, Center, G (Developmental - In case we ever tire of paying 20 million for two) , DT (even McCoy needs a backup) , Safety (Needs Depth), CB (A third)

Overall Strategy: Build a team that would be a winning squad in 2013 while also starting to open its Title Contending Window in 2014
