Percy Harvin traded to Seahawks

Bruce Kluckhohn-US PRESSWIRE

The first blockbuster trade of the year is done: Percy Harvin is moving to the Seattle Seahawks pending a physical, according to Jay Glazer. Percy Harvin will get a big ol' contract and the Seahawks will at least lose their first-round pick this season, per Adam Schefter. Buccaneers fans can scratch Harvin off their list, not that trading for him was ever a serious option in the first place.

This does kind of set the market for Darrelle Revis, who's in a very similar place. Revis wants a new contract, and the Jets aren't giving it to him. The Jets want to trade the rockstar cornerback, who's coming off an injury. Harvin was coming off an injury, although it wasn't nearly as serious, but he's also been much more fragile in recent years and hasn't performed at Revis' level. Overall, with Harvin going for a first-round pick it seems unlikely that Revis will go for much less than that. And it seems doubtful that the Bucs would be willing to give up their first-rounder.

Update: These are the terms of the trade according to Jay Glazer

That's probably what you'd have to give up for Darrelle Revis, too.
