0-16. It's not a foreign record to us Bucs fans. '76 was the year we excelled in losing. But it has been about 30 years since then and we haven't been winless since.
FUN FACT: the Detroit Lions are the only NFL team to go winless TWICE.
I highlighted twice because if the Bucs go 0-16 this year, we will tie the Lions for most winless seasons.
Now, to the question I want to ask. How bad do you want to go 0-16 - winless. How badly do you want to tie the Lions for most winless seasons? Is the 2014 draft worth the embarassment of not winning a single game all season? Do you think Teddy Bridgewater will make up for it? If we just so happen to be worse than the FREAKING JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS. Do you REALLY wanna be worse than the Jaguars? Is it fair to the players who play hard every game to stamp them with a giant 'WE DIDN'T, WE COULDN'T SCORE ENOUGH POINTS TO EEK OUT A SINGLE VICTORY."
Me, personally, I Don't know. To me, not being able to eek out a single win all season is the ultimate embarassment. But really I guess I am not sure...tell me how ya feel about it.
But on a happier, more sucsessful note, GO RAYS!
